Samsung presentó oficialmente su laptop SENS serie 9 en Corea, una portátil ultradelgada que se mostró durante el pasado CES 2011 y que puede competir con la MacBook Air de Apple.
Este equipo hecho de duraluminio solo pesa 1.3kg y tiene un espesor de 16,3 mm en la parte más gruesa y 15,9 mm en su parte delgada. Cuenta con una pantalla de 13,3 pulgadas SuperBright HD, procesador Intel Core i5 2537M, SSD de 128 GB, 4 GB de RAM DDR3, resolución de 1366 × 768, Intel HD Graphics, WiFi, Bluetooth 3.0, 1 puerto USB 3.0, 2 puertos USB 2.0, ranura microSD, salida micro-HDMI, batería de 6 celdas, WiMax integrado (para su versión japonesa) y la tecnología Samsung de inicio rápido.
Estará disponible en Corea del Sur este mes, mientras que EE.UU., Europa, y el sudeste asiático la conseguirán a partir del siguiente mes por US$2200.
