¿ Que es un piercing ?

Una perforación o piercing (pirsin) es una abertura en el cuerpo humano para colocar un pendiente. Estas perforaciones son una forma de modificación corporal y reflejan tanto valores culturales, religiosos y espirituales. Siendo además parte de la moda, erotismo, inconformismo o identificación con una subcultura.

En la historia occidental tradicional solo se practicaba a las mujeres un único agujero en las orejas desde pequeñas para toda su vida; sin embargo, en otras culturas del mundo y en la cultura occidental en la actualidad y en épocas antiguas, también se perforan varias partes del cuerpo ambos sexos.

Normalmente, suelen ser pequeños palos o aros rematados con una bolita o un pinchito, metálicos o plásticos. Sin embargo los de mayor tamaño varían en forma y material.

Quien decide colocarse un pendiente debe prestarle cuidado y atención, al estar colocando un artefacto ajeno al cuerpo y que podría reaccionar de manera negativa, por eso siempre ha de limpiarse muy bien y correctamente, no maltratarlo, tampoco excederse en las curaciones de la perforación y por supuesto no intentar intercambiar el zarcillo con otra persona como medida sanitaria de evitar infecciones e incluso transmisión de enfermedades.

Aquí se tiene por costumbre decir que una persona “tiene cuernos” cuando su pareja ha hecho “cochinaditas” con otro/a. Más claro que eso, ni el agua

Pero esta vez no hablaré de los “cuernos” de ese tipo, sino de personas que tienen cuernos de verdad, palpables y medibles. Este tipo de malformaciones, al parecer no son nada nuevo, aunque los “cuernos” humanos en realidad no son cuernos, ya que normalmente derivan de algún tipo de tumoración (aunque parezca un chiste, es un tumor benigno).

Por lo que se sabe, no sólo puede salir en la cabeza, sino también en la oreja, la boca, la nariz… puff… realmente horrible.

La señora que aparece en esta imagen tuvo un cuernazo… un verdadero cuernazo, pero afortunadamente fue operada. En las imágenes siguientes (7 en total) verán casos similares.
