Illogicist es una banda de death metal tecnico con tintes progresivos fundada en italia en el año de 1997,la banda fue influenciada por bandas como Death, Pestilence y Atheist de ahy deriva el gran sonido de esta banda.
Illogicist es una banda que se caracteriza por la infinidad de riffs que utilizan en sus canciones, asi como de una tecnica impresionante. que se plasma en sus dos albumes de estudio el primero llamado «Subjected» y el segundo titulado «The Insight Eye».

Totalmente recomendable si te gusta el Technical Death, no sera la banda mas veloz ni la mas agresiva que podras encontrar, pero se ganaran un lugar especial en tu coleccion por lo genialmente planeada que esta su musica.
