En EMERGENCY 2012, el jugador toma el papel de un controlador encargado de intensas misiones de rescate. Retira rápidamente un coche siniestrado, haz que los bomberos avancen hasta el origen de un incendio, asegura el lugar de un accidente y, al mismo tiempo, obtén ayuda médica para los heridos. Si siempre has deseado dirigir a los bomberos, la policía, las unidades técnicas de socorro y los médicos al mismo tiempo, la simulación de rescate EMERGENCY 2012 es justo el juego que necesitas. El jugador está al mando de todo y se encarga de que todos los vehículos y colaboradores se encuentren en el lugar adecuado, haciendo lo correcto en el momento justo. Es aquí donde entra en juego el importante aspecto de estrategia en tiempo real de EMERGENCY 2012. El jugador debe hacer un uso inteligente de los vehículos y del personal, como los agentes de policía y los adiestradores de perros de rescate, para volver a tener todo bajo control después de un desastre. Una vez que se ha trasladado a todas las víctimas a un lugar seguro, el jugador disfruta de la sensación de haber salvado el día. Además de las numerosas misiones, EMERGENCY 2010 también ofrece amplias opciones de juego libre y multiju .
