La película narra cómo llegan secuestrados al planeta natal de los depredadores un grupo de humanos conocidos por su violencia y su crueldad. Entre ellos destaca Cuchillo, un asesino a sueldo de traficantes de un cartel mexicano, que porta un par de Uzis gemelas en su espalda.
Junto a Cuchillo nos encontramos con personajes, entre otros, llamados Kenzo, un yakuza japonés espadachín, Mombasa, un africano miembro del Escuadrón de la Muerte de Sierra Leona, y un enorme ruso llamado Nikola, compadre del tamaño de un oso que pertenece a la mafia rusa.
