Hirens BootCD 10.4
It is a Bootable CD; thus, it can be useful even if the primary operating system cannot be booted. Hiren?s Boot CD has an extensive list of software. Utilities with similar functionality on the CD are grouped together and seem redundant; however, they present choices through UI differences.

Changes to 10.4
It has been reported that driver iastor.sys version 9.6 causes BSOD 0?0000007E on some machines when booted from USB so its downgraded to version 8.9
