Justin Meyers





Justin Meyers nació el 14 de septiembre de 1978, en Kearney, Nebraska. Su talento para captar el realismo de sus temas fue rápidamente notado a una edad temprana y se nutre de clientes locales resultantes de obras en numerosas comisiones y premios nacionales escolares antes de graduarse en la escuela superior en Blair, Nebraska. Especializado principalmente en los dibujos de grafito y carbón sobre papel, Meyers ha pasado la mayor parte de su tiempo centrándose en el aspecto realista en sus retratos y naturalezas muertas como su principal elemento en su trabajo.

Asistió a una serie de diferentes escuelas y universidades de todo el área de Nebraska durante el año 1996 a 2000 antes de establecerse en Savannah, Georgia, donde se graduó con un BFA en pintura en 2003. Durante su tiempo en Savannah, Justin recibió una serie de becas y ayudas incluidas las de ganar el primer lugar en la Sociedad Americana de Artistas del Retrato en el año 2000. Meyers vive actualmente en todo el Omaha, Nebraska, el área donde trabaja como artista a tiempo completo.
