Es la capital y segunda ciudad más poblada de los Emiratos Árabes Unidos. Abu Dabi se encuentra enunaisla en forma de T al sureste del Golfo Pérsico. La ciudad en sí cubre un área de 67.340 km2 y tenía una población de 860.000 habitantes .
