Nice pictures dude!

MY OPINION: (Iīm Plane Pilot in Brazil)

AS Passenger:
The A320 and the B747 are well know airplanes, you can fly in many countries, you can see them around the world. the itens needed for them are avaliable and the B747 is very confortable, the A320 when well configurated can be too.

The B787 will improve this comfort? looks like yes but is too early to say this, the airplane wasnīt delivered to any airline yet and we will only see if the airplane is good for users when the B787 starts normal operations in many airlines...

AS PILOT:

Well. All of them are good, all of them are modern and top of tecnology. The A320 comptete with B737 to see "who is the best airplane of 150/180 seats", The B747 and the A380 fight to see who is the king of heavies, but the A380 is more advanced and bigger than the B747...

on the other side the B747 is proved be good on its job, thereīs facilities in many and many airports to receive the "jumbo" and many Pilots are qualified to fly them, is basically a B777 with 4 engines, but the B777 is much more advanced, however the cockpit isnīt SOO diferent...

The B787 and the A350 will improve the computers on cockpit, now putting a HUD from fighters on civil airplanes, itīs a nice and safety idea when you are doing an ILS, you can look ahead and out and see the horizon and speeds with glideslope and localizer at the same time. on a near future we gonna have the syntetic view and you will not need look to the window to see the runway, maybe on a distant future we will not have cockpit windows due to syntetic view on a screen at cockpit for both pilots...

ABOUT ACROBATICS:

The Sukoiīs airplanes are really the king of acrobatic style, the airplane limit of G force is more than 20Gs, a human will die before the plane destroy it self...

ABOUT FIGHTERS:

F-14 and F-15 are big, fast, noisy and powerfull. But the tecnology of them is very old, the F15 is still used on USAF bacause the F22 didnīt prove be soo powerfull as F-15...

But the F-14 is retired and replaced by the F-18, the F-18 is smaller, more advanced, fast as F-14, and carry the same amount of weapons of tomcat. and for navy the choice is easy. We have a smaller, more advanced and with the same capacity of a bigger jet. Thereīs no much things to think about...

The F-16 is waiting his destination when the JS35 be ready, the F-16 probably will be flying for many years due to his power and weapon capacity, but will be retired one day, be sure...

The JAS 39 Gripen is one of the most advanced fighters today, itīs on FX2 program to renew the old fighters of FAB (Brazilian Air Force) and offers a big capacity of land and take-off from short fields (very usefull in amazonic region) and has a top tecnology inside, but doesnīt carry many weapons as F-18...

Letīs fly Boys!
