Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault comienza justo en el ataque de Pearl Harbour que viviremos en primera persona y donde el objetivo será sobrevivir. A partir de ahí se sucederán una serie de misiones que servirán para determinar el curso de la guerra. Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault ofrece más acción, mejores gráficos y escenarios fotorrealistas para conseguir que te metas de lleno en la guerra que se libra en el juego.

La demo multijugador de Medal of Honor: Pacific Assault ofrece un mapa que se puede jugar en los modos 'invader', 'free for all' y 'team deathmatch' y con cuatro clases de soldados diferentes, infantería, médico, ingeniero y el encargado de la munición. El nuevo modo 'invader' ofrece más estrategia, puesto que mientras un bando tiene que realizar una serie de objetivos, el otro tiene que defenderlos.
