Cinthya empezó en el modelaje a insistencia de su familia y amistades. Su primer trabajo afin a la profesión fue através de un catálogo comercial, luego hizo talleres, después incursionó en la televisión mediante un programa local sobre automovilismo y luego le llovieron contratos promocionales. Radica en Bogotá donde recibió la oportunidad de integrar el programa televisivo de Estilo RCN y ahora a afianzado su carrera en las pasarelas
