Zara Dampney está acostumbrada al ejercicio de alto rendimiento.
La voleibolista, que acudió a los Juegos Olímpicos de Londres 2012, reveló los secretos para mantener su figura, con la que ya apunta a Río 2016. La británica entrena cinco veces a la semana. Su rutina consiste en una sesión de una hora de fuerza y acondicionamiento, dos horas de técnica de voleibol y una más de recuperación, en la que incluye yoga y bicicleta por 20 minutos, seguido de ejercicios de estiramiento.
