Can you tell us a bit about yourself and how you started training?
 WOW! Where do I begin? I was tired of being frumpy and out of shape. I wanted to prove the point that you can be a mother and still be sexy and fit. The two keys were Exercise and Nutrition.Making workouts Fun and maintaining my Intensity level were two key aspects of training . I tried to incorporate both of these into my JNL Fusion Workout method, which is the way that I train. I combine muscle scuplting moves with my trademark cardio bursts.

Tell us about your family, and the role they play in supporting your career.
 Everyone has to work, and I work doing what I love. Its not easy, but I live to motivate and inspire others to be their ultimate best. My Family is key to everything. Being in shape allows me to maintain a very active lifestyle with my two sons and my Husband.
People ask me if I’m an athlete and I say “Yes, I’m a MOM.”
What keeps you motivated?
 I Love helping other women and especially Moms. One of the key things is to understand that fitness is not an event, It’s A PROCESS.
