Dead or Alive fue una banda británica del género synthpop, pertenecientes a la corriente del Hi-NRG,
siendo uno de los pioneros en su utilización. Esta banda fue formada en el año 1980 en Liverpool como
sucesora de otra llamada Nightmares In Wax. Sus características principales son su excéntrica vestimenta
y los diferentes looks de su vocalista Pete Burns.
